JOhn Lewis Delivery to Store

John Lewis have recently launched a brand new ‘deliver to store’ service!

It’s a brilliant service whereby customers transact online (by 6pm) and collect at their chosen store (except for Peter Jones and Knight & Lee Southsea) after 2pm the next day – for FREE! Whats more, this service is available 7 days a week; the same great service is offered over the weekend!

Not every time has the option, but I've picked one at random and marked the important bit with an arrow! The deliver to shop for collection tomorrow bit means when you add an item to your basket you can decide whether to opt for normal home delivery or go into the store of your choice and pick it up tomorrow (or within the next 7 days)

 

John lewis's deliver to store option is shown here as option one - deliver to shop for collection on ... You then have to select the shop you want to collect it from.

At this stage in the trial only 25 stores have been picked but there should be one near you. If not you can just home delivery it as you would have done normally!

You can of course still shop online and get home delivery!

With their new deliver to store option you need to place an order before 6PM for it to be at your chosen store after 2PM the next day.

Orders placed after this deadline will be available from 2PM the day after tomorrow.

There are good maps and details of opening/closing times for the available Collection Points are shown below, the details for your chosen shop will appear on your receipt.

Please bring a print out of your order receipt or order confirmation email when you go to collect your items, as proof of purchase. In addition, please bring proof of ID, either a photo ID or payment card.

Someone else can collect your order. To prevent fraud John Lewis require the person you have nominated to present a note confirming the arrangement, their ID as well as your ID along with proof of purchase.

Deliver to Shop for Collection guarantees your order will be in stock at your chosen store, as we will dispatch it overnight.

Your order will be available for collection for 7 days. If you are unable to collect it within 7 days, please contact them

*John Lewis are unable to accept orders that include both items for collection from one of their shops and items for delivery. In these cases, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for delivery.
