Modern fan ovens do not require pre-heating which makes cooking even quicker as you don't have to wait for the oven temperature to build up.The cooker hob usually offers a choice of hob size so that you can put the right size pan on to be more energy efficient. Some very modern cookers have three ring sizes.The type of hob varies - solid plate hobs are generally cheaper but ceramic hobs heat up more quickly. Some gas cookers come with LPG conversion jets which allow the cooker to be used with LPG but this change must be done by a corgi registered installer.
Think about how you use your existing cooker - do you need a separate grill? Measure the space in the kitchen that you have available and ensure that the new cooker will fit.
